WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
All ordered will be shipped via USPS or FedEX.
Shipping costs are generated in real-time while you checkout, and are based on product weight and where you live.
Carrier:
We use USPS and FedEX as our primary carriers to help ensure quality fast shipping, but sometimes even with the best carriers, packages can arrive slowly. Please contact us before you place your order if your package needs to arrive more quickly.
Sooner:
If you need something immediately, let us know before you place your order and
we will do our best to accomodate you.
Timing:
Shipping times during peak season are usually 7-14 business days (you don't count weekends). That means an order placed on the 1st will likely arrive before the 20th.
Disclaimer:
Even with our best efforts, we cannot guarantee when your merchandise will arrive,
or that it will arrive quickly. Also, sometimes items are out of stock. Sometimes merchandise is out of stock, and when we go to re-stock, we find that the manufacturer has discontinued the merchandise. When that happens, we will try to promptly email you so that you have options such as purchasing an alternate item, canceling the order and receiving refund, or canceling the order and receiving in-store credit.
Communication:
We stay busy and work hard, but we want to get back to you as soon as possible. We usually communicate by email to you. So wen you communicate with us, please provide us with your email address, your order number, and a phone number where we can always reach you.
Multiple Packages:
We often ship in multiple packages to serve you more quickly. So if you get some of your items, most often, the others are shortly behind.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any items.
Returns will be accepted for reship, even exchange, or store credit if the items arrive with manufacturer defects or are damaged during shipping.
We inspect every product before shipping, so if the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately - Do not refuse shipments.
Returns:
We accept returns on most of our merchandise for store credit. New comics are the major exception; they can only be returned
if damaged (see below). If you wish to return an item, please contact us at
support@warhammerdirect.com within 14 days of the invoice
date. Returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were shipped. Books may not be
accepted for return if they have been removed from shrinkwrap. Your account will be credited for the purchase price of the
item (we do not refund shipping - If you received Free Shipping you will be chargded Shipping for an exchange order) when we have received the merchandise and approved the return. Send return merchandise to:
If you receive a damaged shipment, you must report it to us within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will file a damage claim with the carrier and send you instructions via email on what to do with the damaged item. Once the damage is confirmed by the carrier or claim honored, we will ship a relacement or refund your payment. If you receive a defective item, you must report it to us within 14
days of your receipt of the shipment. We will send you instructions via email regarding returns and arrange for reshipment, even exchange, or store credit. A return must be authorized in advance. Do not refuse a shipment unless we authorize it in advance. If you receive an order but decide not to keep it within 14 days of your receipt and there is nothing wrong with the shipment, you may return it to us but you must pay for the return shipping plus the original shipping charge plus
a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Any order may be canceled at any time if the order has not been shipped. Payment will be refunded or
you may request a store credit. If an order has been shipped, please refer to the return policy.
Refunds:
If you paid by credit or debit card, our merchant bank will mark your payment or refund your credit/debit card account in the name of King of Swords. If you made your purchase from one of our affiliated businesses such as King of Ponds or Empire Pets, this is the name that will appear on your credit card statement. Please scrutinize your credit card bill carefully for this name and the amount of your purchase. Refunds usually appear on the credit card statement in the credit card cycle that begins after your order has been placed with us, or the one thereafter. That means if you place
an order in January, your refund will likely appear in your credit card statement in February or March.
Location:
We are located in Marietta, Georgia, but we do not maintain a retail storefront for this merchandise.
If you are nearby, and your merchandise is in Marietta (sometimes is is drop-shipped by manufacturer),
it is sometimes possible to arrange to come to our Marietta location and pick up your merchandise
and save shipping expense and perhaps even get your merchandise sooner. Please contact us if this is possible to make arrangements.

Lost / Damaged Merchandise
If your order does not arrive within a month of the shipping date, let us know, and we will replace your order and recover any
applicable insurance from the responsible carrier. We take great care to check items for damage before we ship them, but
sometimes packages receive rough handling during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please e-mail us and describe the
problem. Once we have approved the return, you can mail the item (and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation) to the
above address. We will do our best to replace the item; if we are unable to replace it, we will refund your purchase and
shipping.
What Constitutes A Damaged Product?
Comic books that we receive new from our suppliers are in "new" condition. This does not, however, guarantee that they are
Mint or Near Mint. It is typical for a comic book from the rack to display a few minor defects, including small spine cracks
and slight bindery or printing defects (a cover that has been cut a little crooked, for example). These minor faults are
expected, and we will not accept returns on comics displaying only such defects. More major defects, such as creases,
dog-eared corners, blank pages, etc., constitute damaged merchandise that will be approved for return.
For statues and busts, only damage to the actual item (the statue itself) will be considered for a refund. Our suppliers often
ship these items with very little protective packaging, and it is not unusual for the box to pick up small dents and dings
while the item itself is undamaged.
