If you are just venturing into the d20 Modern system and want to expand your firearms choices in-game, excellent! Good choice! More and varied firepower is what makes for interesting personal flourishes and individuality. Unfortunately, this is not the guide to pick up. Go with the Weapons Locker from Wizards. It is twice the book with more accurate information. I personally love most of Green Ronin's product line, but this is one of those times they flat missed the mark. That's my two cents, hopefully, you will invest your hard-earned cash in a slightly different direction.
PS: On a personal note, why does every d20 text consider the Glock line to be Mastercrafted in game terms? I was issued a Glock 19 early in 2001 and they are nothing but glorified paperweights. They are not fun to use or carry and the mechanism is clumsy at best. If you are looking for something truely Masterful in execution, look to SIG-Sauer. There is a reason they are the choice of almost every professional agency that carries on a regular basis. Glock will give a department a low pricetag and operational headaches later because a measure of wearout is built into the design. If you've read this far, thanks for sticking through my rant.
