In times of strife, the Phoenix King will request the aid of the Mages of Saphery. The battle mages who accompany High Elf armies are masters of their art, wielding awesome powers with which to strike their enemies. Many a battle has been won by the deadly magical spells of the famed mages of the White Tower of Hoeth.

A High Elf Mage can be used as an Archmage and therefore uses one of your Lord choices, or as a Mage and uses one of your Hero Choices in your High Elf army. Each blister pack contains one (1) random High Elf Mage on Foot and one (1) High Elf Mage mounted on Elven steed.
