The Vostroyans are great techtriarchs who worked hard at making weaponry for the Imperium. When called into battle however the Vostroyans believed that they would be better suited making equipment then fighting on a battle field, this act of disloyalty led to a peace treaty that requires all Vostroyan first born to serve the Imperium army. These troops are often well-trained and excellent fighters. Each blister contains two officer units.
